Planning of a Multi-Purpose Welfare Center

The proposed building will be located on the northwestern part of the plot, forming a façade along a main street. The main entrance to the building, as well as vehicle access to the parking area, will both be from this street. The building will have three floors, with the functions distributed as follows: Ground Floor: The Family Treatment and Domestic Violence Unit, with a separate and private entrance. An Adolescent Girls’ Club, including programs for teenage girls (Ma’agal Banot) and young women (Ma’agal Tze’irot / Yated), will have an independent entrance, allowing operation during separate hours. The club will also include a private outdoor activity yard. First Floor: The Welfare Department, with workspaces that serve the current staff and activities while allowing for future expansion of the team. Second Floor: The Netivot Center for Early Childhood and Elementary Age, sharing a dining area and kitchen, as well as two group therapy rooms and an individual therapy room for each age group. The building will have three floors, with functions distributed as follows: Ground Floor: The Family Treatment and Domestic Violence Unit, with a separate and private entrance.
