The project involves the design of an additional floor to an existing house, transforming it into a modern and spacious penthouse with a warm, elegant character. The main living area is defined by a double-height ceiling, large openings, and an abundance of natural light that highlights the interplay of wood, glass, and natural stone. A floating staircase serves as a sculptural element, subtly dividing the public and private zones while maintaining transparency and lightness. The upper level features an open loft overlooking the living space, enhancing the sense of height and openness. The interior design combines functionality with contemporary aesthetics, creating a refined, natural, and light-filled living experience.
