The project is designed as a modern twin duplex that embodies symmetry, clean geometry, and a balance between privacy and shared living. Each unit consists of three carefully planned floors that create a natural flow between the public and private spaces, optimizing light and views. The façade combines plaster and wood-like cladding with clean geometric elements, establishing a contemporary and warm architectural language. The interior spaces are characterized by natural light, wide openings, and harmonious indoor–outdoor connections that highlight both the quality of living and the architectural identity of the project.
